Blair Rafferty is the Director at Marketing West, a Premium Short Message Service company that operates out of two offices in Australia: one in Perth and the other in Melbourne. Mr. Blair Rafferty, who works at the office located in Perth, is in charge of managing the company’s daily operations. At Marketing West, Rafferty and his team of employees focus on entertainment marketing practices that utilize the technological devices of today, especially the mobile phone. Subscribers receive messages that are tailored to their jobs, needs, interests, and hobbies, so they only receive the material that they want to read. This wireless entertainment distribution company has partnered with other communications companies like mBlox, Starcom MediaVest, and the partnerships have been a worthwhile endeavor, since now, Marketing West is able to reach more customers. Blair Rafferty supervised the team of workers who took part in developing a unique software platform that allows Marketing West to ensure seamless and prompt delivery of desired content to customers. Marketing West’s communiqué is compatible with worldwide mobile services, including Sprint, Nextel, and Cellular One, as well as Alltel. As the Director of Marketing West, Mr. Rafferty assures products are distributed internationally, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and of course, Australia and its surrounding areas. Mr. Blair Rafferty attended Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia, beginning in January of 2002. Mr. Rafferty studied aviation and is now the proud holder of a Private Pilot’s license, which he uses as often as he can. Though he did not study marketing while he was in school, Mr. Rafferty certainly picked up on the key elements while he was there, and he is currently running a successful company. When he is not supervising the staff at Marketing West, Blair Rafferty likes to practice Martial arts, ride motorbikes, go to the gym, spend time with his friends and family, and go flying.
